Our Management Team
Nibhrant Shah
Prior to founding Themis, Nibhrant worked as an Investment Banker in New York and London, before returning to Mumbai and holding senior positions in karROX Technologies Ltd. (Head of Retail) and Eyeglobal Technologies. (Head of Business Development)
Nibhrant has a B.A Economics from Northwestern University (Kellogg School of Business)
Pancham Maheshwari
Pancham heads the Accounting division at Themis. Prior to joining Themis, Pancham was headed the Accounts and Finance divisions of Mahajan Silk Mills and Pioneer Property Zone, one of India’s largest property consulting companies
Besides being CA, Pancham has work closely on projects with Accenture Consulting and Stanford University in devising streamlined organisational standards for the Accounting and Finance function.
Monica Doshi
Prior to joining Themis, Monica has worked with GE, karROX Technologies (as COO) and as the Managing Director of LMI, one of India's leading leadership and professional development companies.
Monica has extensive experience in consulting, HR and Learning & Development, and has completed projects across the USA, Asia and Africa
